Our Route

I think nobody has any idea about our route because I'm just posting in an orderless fashion....

Ok, here it is:

- First we landed in Saigon and stayed two days

- then we went to the Cao-dai temple and Cu Chi Tunnels (to be reported ;)

- after this we went to the Mekong-Delta and Vinh Long (boat trip)

- then we further stayed one night in Rach Gia (harbour city) to take the ferry the next morning

- then there was one week of Phu Quoc (island) with exploring the island, seeing the pepper plants and taking a boat trip and snorkeling

- we took the ferry back to Rach Gia and from there the bus to Saigon, then we took the evening bus to Mui Ne (4 hours to go) where we arrived at midnight

- in Mui Ne (at the ocean) we stayed one and a half day at the beach and the sand-dunes

- then we took the bus to Nha Trang (at the ocean) where we stayed two days (sightseeing and boat-trip to the islands)

- now we are in Hoi An, a small charming city with old historic buildings and tailor-shops and chinese lampions

- the last stops will be:
1) Hue
, the old historic emperor-city

2) Hanoi the big city in the north

3)
and the
Halong-Bay

Sorry, but as you know this blog isn't available here in Vietnam....
and I have no clue how to answer to your comments, so you should wait until I've arrived in Germany again... or can anyone tell me a trick- Matthias maybe

Karaoke

...as you can guess from my post about the open bus and other public transportation, the Vietnamese like Karaoke very much. At least as the Japanese do ;0
